This service is for twins, it combines a full feeding assessment and same day tongue-tie division (frenulotomy) where needed, delivered in a safe and supportive environment. We focus on making feeding more comfortable and effective for both baby and parent. During your appointment we will: Take a detailed feeding history and discuss current challenges Examine oral structure and tongue mobility Observe latch, suck, swallow, and milk transfer Provide guidance and techniques to improve feeding Carry out a tongue-tie division (if indicated and with consent) Create a tailored feeding plan with clear aftercare advice and follow-up support In-depth medical report with images provided Our goal is to relieve restriction, support recovery, and give you confidence on your feeding journey. *If a tongue tie procedure is not required / performed - a refund of £185 will be made..
